Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Self-Serve and Integrated are month-to-month. Enterprise Onboarding is priced per partner with no platform lock-in.
Are there per-document or per-transaction fees?
Never. Every plan includes unlimited documents, partners, and users at one flat price.
Do I have to pay setup fees on Self-Serve?
No setup fees. You're live the day you sign up. Map builds are only charged if you choose to use them.
How is Yoke different from Orderful, SPS, or TrueCommerce?
We're a hybrid: a self-serve platform you can run yourself, plus a managed services team that builds maps and onboards partners when you want it hands-off. No per-document billing, ever.
Can I start on Self-Serve and upgrade later?
Yes. Most 3PLs start on Self-Serve and upgrade to Integrated once they're onboarding more than 2-3 partners a month.
